Depression is a menace. I talk so frequently about depression and mental health because I understand that there are a lot of people around the world who might be suffering from this disease that slowly sits in their mind and starts to consume them. I’ve been at the receiving end of it for 6 months now. I just want everyone to know that all these hard days are temporary and that you will see the light some day.
There could be days when you cannot get out of bed. You might come across various inhibitions that tell you various things. I have a little piece of suggestion to give to you today.
